Wilfried Schley is an enthusiastic partner of schools, teams, networks and innovative projects. He loves encounters with people in evolutionary challenges. The work with Klaus Otto Scharmer and his theory U influenced him. He uses this as social grammar in all developmental contexts. He is currently writing an e-book on learning to relate, which he develops with Helga Breuninger.
